Comparable, with the right setup: dedicated sending domain, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, list-hygiene rules, warm-up cadence for new domains. We configure all of that as part of implementation; deliverability is configuration, not vendor.
Is the marketing automation as capable as HubSpot? +
For mid-market workflows, yes. For enterprise-scale multi-channel orchestration with deep integration partner ecosystems, HubSpot still wins. We will recommend on a discovery call.
How do we comply with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and Spam Act 2003 (AU)? +
Double opt-in, unsubscribe in every send, sender identity, suppression lists, audit log of consent, and the legal-basis tracking that aligns with your jurisdiction. Configured during implementation.

Yes for the events Odoo natively captures (cart, order, customer-record changes). For deep web behaviour we integrate to a tag manager and pass events back; it is a small Integration scope.
